Ingredientes (2 pessoas)
- 1 Raiz de aipo pequena
- Rúcula, q.b.
- Coco ralado, q.b.
- Passas de uva sem graínha, q.b.
- Bagas de Gogi, hidratadas, q.b.
- Azeite, q.b.
- Vinagre de Figo, q.b.
Modo de preparação:
Colocam-se as bagas de gogi num copo de água durante duas horas, até hidratarem. Descasca-se a raiz de aipo e rala-se. Mistura-se com o coco ralado, com as passas e as bagas de gogi. Coloca-se numa salgadeira sobre folhas de rúcula e tempera-se com o azeite e o vinagre.

Celery Root salad
Ingredients (2 pax):
- 1 Small celery root
- Arugula, as needed
- Grated coconut, as needed
- Raisins, without grains, as needed
- Hydrated Gogi berries, as needed
- Olive oil, as needed
- Fig vinegar, as needed
Method:
Put the Gogi berries in a glass of water for two hours, until hydrated. Peel the celery root and scrape it. Mix together the celery, grated coconut, raisins and gogi berries. Put the mixture in a salad bowl, on leaves of arugula and season with olive oil and vinegar.
